General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and herbal products, our return policy has specific guidelines.
We accept returns on non-consumable items within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging
Herbal & Perishable Products
Because herbal products have a limited shelf life and may be affected by storage conditions, we do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Opened herbal products
- Used herbal products
- Items exposed to improper storage conditions (heat, moisture, etc.)
However, we will offer replacements or refunds if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You receive the wrong item
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Handmade Paper & Sewn Goods
Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused. Due to the handmade nature of these items:
- Minor variations are not considered defects
- Custom orders are non-refundable
Novelty Gifts
Eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
