Try this infusion made of fennel seed, peppermint, and chamomile flowers. After your meal you steep one cup of boil water with the infusion bag. Cover and let sit for 10-15 min. Since this is a digestive aid I don’t recommend adding any extras such as sugar or honey. These tend to relax the stomach and slow the digestion process. Drink up and go for a short walk, or clean up around the kitchen. Staying active after eating is important!
