At Past to Present Apothecary LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted salves, infusions, tinctures, novelty items, and herbal remedies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products—many of which are handmade, perishable, or personal care items—we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:
- Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging, with seals unbroken and no signs of use.
- For non-returnable items (including opened herbal remedies, custom-made products, or items marked final sale), we may offer a store credit or partial refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used salves, tinctures, or infusions
- Custom formulations or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products not purchased directly from our website
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at ptp.apothecary@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos, if applicable (e.g., damaged items, incorrect products)
We will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping if eligible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged goods).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges at this time. If you’d like to order a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may have already begun processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking confirmation.
